You may use Havaist, IETT (bus), or the metro for public transportation.
The best option is using metro (M11), if you arrive between 06.00 and 23.59 . You should get off at “Gayrettepe Station”. Then you can walk or take a taxi.
The other option is using “Havaist”. You can see the timetable of Havaist for Istanbul Airport to Taksim direction. You should get off the Havaist at “Zincirlikuyu Station”. Then you can walk or take a taxi to the hotel.
